Charges

We charge for our service on an hourly basis in one of two ways:

Office based work £11.00 per hour
On Location £16.00 per hour

Charges are then calculated at 15 minute intervals after the first hour.

You may place as many requests to Ultimate Convenience as you wish. If these are completed within the hour then you only pay for the hour charge and not the number of requests.

A typical example of 'office based' work might include booking accommodation at a hotel, a limousine for transport to your chosen destination along with a reservation at a preferred restaurant. This example should be completed within one hour, therefore a fee of £11.00 is charged.

A typical example of a request where Ultimate Convenience is working on your behalf away from our offices/on location a fee of £16.00 per hour is charged, examples of this might include waiting at your property to accept a delivery, then takings some documents to the post office and delivering them back to you at your chosen location and also to collect some shopping for you so the fridge and cupboards are stocked for you on your return.

Each request would be carried out in conjunction with each other so should be completed within the hour, therefore a fee of £16.00 is charged.
